What is the best way for a 12-14 year old to make money?

I’m not very strong, physically, but very smart (I don’t think tutoring is the best way to go) There are no paper routes in my town and my family is not friends with any of my old neighbors so I can’t do lawn care or chores. How can I make money?

If any neighbors have some dogs, start a dogsitter buisness. You could walk them, and bathe them. Or you could do a little bit of babysitting.

if you think you can handle kids and like them: Take a babysitting class through your local YMCA. You’ll get some basic first aide, etc. Once you have that, let it be known that you babysit. It is a great way to learn responsibility and to make money.

When I was your age, I did some window cleaning, most of the people in my neighborhood did not want to wash their windows (They have to be single story houses, your too young to try the high ladders neccesary for two-stories).
All it costs you to get started is a nice squeegie, a bundle of cloth rags, and bottle of windex to start. Perhaps you can get your folks to by your first customer and you could charge a buck a window, or less as you get better and faster at doing it.
Don’t forget to save some of your earnings!
