How do websites like myspace or any other site make money?

Advertising. When a site is so popular like myspace, facebook, youtube or google, they can make TONS of money from selling advertising space.
When you start a site, I suggest using google adsense. (just google for “adsense”). It’s a good way to get started with that sort of thing, and is all automatic. Eventually you can get into affiliate programs, and then if your site becomes popular enough, you just sell ad-space directly like Myspace and them probably do. It’s all similar to TV — They make their money by showing ads.

Each sponsor pays the site a good deal of money for each advertisement on the site, which in turn gives the site owner a lot of money. Unfortunatly I could not tell you hoe ot get in contact with these sites so that they could sponsor your site.
